Speaker. Coach. Trainer. Emotion Code practitioner. And a woman who knows that beginning again takes courage, connection, and a next step.

After a stroke changed my life in 2016, I spent months relearning everyday skills. Later, the sudden loss of my son Joe changed my world again. Those experiences shape the way I show up—with honesty, compassion, and a belief that possibility remains. Today, I bring that perspective to my work as a keynote speaker, leadership coach, trainer, and Emotion Code practitioner.

2016 · BEGINNING AGAIN — A stroke changed my daily life. Relearning everyday skills taught me that progress can be slow, deeply personal, and still worth celebrating.
LOSS · A CHANGED WORLD — The sudden loss of my son Joe brought a different kind of beginning again. Grief shapes the compassion and honesty I bring to every conversation.
TODAY · PURPOSE IN PRACTICE — I bring lived experience together with my training as a speaker, coach, and trainer to help people find clarity, courage, and connection in their next chapter.
There is still possibility ahead.
I believe growth starts when people feel seen and heard. Whether I am speaking to a room, facilitating a team conversation, or sitting with one person, I bring curiosity and respect for the experience in front of me.
COMPASSION — Make room for the person, not just the goal.
COURAGE — Take the next step without needing the whole path.
CONNECTION — Build stronger people and brighter tomorrows together.
